A customized blend of Neuro-Muscular and Stress Relief techniques so you can Unwind your body AND your mind! Specific muscle groups are targeted to release painful holding patterns while soothing connective strokes calm tense muscles and nerves. Myofascial Therapy
Correct postural and functional imbalances of the body by releasing adhesions in the Fascia. A Myofascial Therapy session is different than a typical massage. Unlike most Massage modalities, the Therapist "calls for movement" which increases the effectiveness of the massage stroke. Bring a pair of athletic shorts, tank top or sports bra for this Active Bodywork session.

Myofascial Therapy 3 Series (Structural Integration)
During Session #1 therapist and client will work together to set a goal for the series, assess restrictive patterns in the body and make an individual bodywork plan. Each 90 Minute Session builds upon the progress of the session before resulting in improved posture and functional movement. For the most continuity between sessions and for longer lasting results, Structural Integration Sessions should be spaced 1-3 weeks apart.
